Like many of you, I spent my youth driving to Collingwood weekends to ski.  In 1999, while living in Vancouver, I had heard that Intrawest was developing Blue Mountain and knowing the area and demographics well, I knew it was going to be a success and so headed back this way, to work for them, selling the Village.  Once the bulk of the Village was sold, I took a look around at the area and decided I should follow my clients' lead and make this my permanent home.  The area had everything that I wanted to incorporate into my lifestyle: golfing, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, biking and a plethora of great restaurants.  So I built myself a beautiful home in Snowbridge and made the choice to move my license to Chestnut Park in Collingwood.  And today, I am still very pleased with my decisions. 

 

Taking advantage of our mostly, sophisticated and technology savy market, who do most of their shopping online before calling a Realtor®, my marketing strategy revolves around driving prospects to my website where they are able to see all my listings.
